And now, a word from a mom who tried (tried!) to insulate her daughter from Barbie (for body image reasons). Certain relatives ignored my requests NOT to gift my daughter Barbie dolls. Thus, that effort failed abd I still feel the sting of my request being blatantly ignored. So you can bet your bippy I am NOT seeing this movie. Though I'll definitely see Oppenheimer.

I feel a bit in the minority on this. But, for me, this juxtaposition of movies just screams like a kjnd of "cultural chaos."
